The Opportunity:

  • You will assist in the formulation, implementation, and assessment of the Student Development strategy for the School’s online MSc students. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of a professional development and career advancement program, in conjunction with other Student Development Managers, to enhance employability skills, self-awareness, and confidence, while also enhancing the overall student experience for all our members.
  • You will contribute to a team that ensures the successful execution of all aspects of Postgraduate Taught (PGT) and Undergraduate (UG) programs (e.g., MSc Human Resource Management) and related courses. You will serve as the principal liaison between the Head of the Group and the programs and courses associated with it.
  • You will work in conjunction with members of the academic and professional services teams and a larger Student Development team to enhance the overall student experience for all students during their time at the institution.
  • The position will be located at 29 Buccleuch Place (Central Campus), Business School, with the flexibility to work remotely or on-campus for 60% of the time. A full-time position (35 hours per week) is available.
