Our client is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join their Leicester-based operations as the retail trade company grows and requires additional personnel.
As a result of the organization’s decision to implement a shift work schedule, this vacancy has arisen. The selected individual will work in close partnership with the Directors/Owners of the organization to oversee client requirements, expeditiously resolving disputes and fostering enduring customer connections.
The Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising the employees and managing the day-to-day activities of the establishment. The candidate is responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing product inventory, retail budgets, purchasing, and sales.
