The primary responsibilities of our Care Assistants include:
- All residents should get care by the person-centered care plan.
- Assist people with limited mobility in moving to dining areas and other public places for social events, as well as to their beds if required.
- Assist in serving meals and beverages, as well as encouraging and aiding residents in feeding themselves as necessary.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective person-centered care plans.
