  • A civil engineering degree from an accredited university
  • Wet utility distribution network design experience of at least two years, including networks for sewage, firefighting, potable water, and irrigation.
  • Capable of estimating the load requirements for commercial and/or government initiatives of significant scale.
  • Comprehending the regulations pertaining to sanitation, water, irrigation, firefighting, and other pertinent Gulf authorities, such as ADCD, DEWA, ADDC, ADWEA, TRANSCO, DM, ADM, and DCD.
  • Aware of the hydraulic design specifications of the pump stations.
  • Capable of designing irrigation and potable water systems in accordance with DEWA/DM specifications and American and British codes.
  • Experience negotiating with DEWA/DM in order to acquire NOCs and design approvals is an asset.
