• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial analysis.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• A strategic thinker who is capable of reconciling financial objectives with overarching business objectives.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous; however, it is not mandatory.
