The CLF has secured funding for an ambitious £82 million upgrade (Vulcan 20-20) to our Vulcan facility, which will increase its capacity to 20 kilowatts and energy to 20 kilojoules. It will be the planet’s most potent laser. We are searching for qualified individuals, such as yourself, to aid in designing, constructing, and upkeep diverse engineering systems for Vulcan 20/20.
You will be tasked with various responsibilities as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, including the decommissioning of the existing system, panel installation, containment, and cable installation, and commissioning of the high-voltage system.
