The manager will provide energy products and services to both businesses and consumers. Their objective is to build relationships with customers, learn about their needs, and provide energy solutions that meet those criteria.
One of the most important roles of a customer service manager is to identify potential clients and generate leads. To identify new opportunities, he must build commercial alliances and conduct market research. Once potential leads have been identified, consultants undertake in-depth interviews to determine energy requirements and develop relevant solutions.
It should be noted that this position is only open to candidates from within the country. We will not consider applications from candidates outside the United Kingdom.
